His Excellency Mr. Ambassador,
I am a citizen of Burkina Faso who live in the U.S. where I have had the opportunity to meet many Chinese people. However, there had never been any chinese in my twenty-two years in USA, who thought that black people where human, let alone being friends or brothers. I do understand your language of public relation that you have learned very well about how to pacify Africans by using the words such as "brother or friends" because you know these are some dear languages or terms that calm African down. We Africans, we are very welcoming and humans. We take relationship in the real sense of the word and the Chinese understood that. The Chinese are using these dear terms to paint or mask their true color regarding their intentions of Africans. Mr. Ambassador, let’s be real, Chinese people hate black. or black African period. We all know it. The Chinese according to some have always been instructed to avoid any black in the maximum possible whether in China or elsewhere. This is the reality don’t downplay it. You all know about it and you were all brought up to hate black people. Your government knows it and most of the doctors that are coming there don’t like black people. They are there to practice and make their skills better so to have a better resumes or CV to work with it.
