This mindset is precisely what is needed for developpement. You see, we need to reach a critical mass of truly "educated" and informed population in order for true development to happen(here education has nothing to do with collecting useless diplomas). Therefore spreading all form of useful actionable knowledge is necessary, since we are not even close to that critical mass(I cannot even begin to put a quantifiable number of where we are right now). I used the words carefully because people consume a lot of information that may not necessarily translate to constructive actions.
If you have a tendency to want to keep things for yourself, work to liberate your mind by teaching others like what this young man is doing. You will learn more and proper farther than otherwise.
