ALL ORDINARILY RESIDENT (OR) APPLICANTS (See Appendix for definition) MUST HAVE THE REQUIRED WORK AND/OR RESIDENCY PERMITS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION. BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION : Working in the Motor Pool unit of the General Services Office (GSO), the Dispatcher coordinates daily as well as advanced assignments for all drivers to schedule transportation for post personnel and official visitors. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED : 1. EDUCATION : Completion of secondary school is required. 2. EXPERIENCE : Minimum of two (2) years of motor vehicle dispatcher or fleet management experience is required. 3. LANGUAGE English - (Good working knowledge) Reading/Writing/Speaking is required. French- (Good working knowledge) Reading/Writing/Speaking is required. This may be tested. 4. SKILLS AND ABILITIES : • A valid driver’s license is required 5. JOB KNOWLEDGE : • Good knowledge of host country traffic laws, vehicle licensing, registration, and procedures.
